To check the status of your order, log into your account where you will see the following order statuses:

 

Unpaid Order: Your order had not been paid. You are able to cancel and delete this order and place a new one with the correct information.

 

Paid|Processing order: You can click here to apply for a change within three hours after you’ve made the payment. We will try to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee it can be done successfully, as the order is undergoing the processing procedure.

 

Paid|Partially shipped order: We are not able to change the order for the shipped items.You can click here to change your order, please provide your order number and item information.

Paid|Shipped order: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change any information including size, color, address, etc…
