I ordered this boho beach cover up in a medium, and it is beautiful! I’m 5’2”, around 120 lbs, with muscular thighs, and this cover-up fits nicely, though it’s a little more snug around my thighs and stomach that I expected. If you prefer a looser fit or depending on your build, you might want to size up to a large since the adjustable tie straps give you some flexibility.The material is so soft and has just the right amount of stretch, making it super comfortable for a beach or pool day. It runs on the shorter side, but that’s perfect for a cover-up and for shorter folks. Personally, I wouldn’t wear it as a standalone dress unless I was back in Bali soaking up that boho aesthetic, but it looks amazing over a swimsuit. The versatility of the tie straps is a big plus—you can switch up the look easily. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and the packaging made it feel like I was opening a gift. It’s not a cheap cover up so it’s definitely a piece I will take care of. I love the vibrant colors and the boho vibe—it’s exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll be wearing this on confident days and beach trips for sure!

On some days it feels whimsical and artsy, and on others you might glance in the mirror and think you’re wearing Grandma’s quilt transformed into beachwear. So this dress is way better than I was expecting--I love it! I can't wait to wear it out. I really like the ruching, very flattering and the slight bell sleeves are a nice touch: subtle, elegant and sexy. This dress is also very comfortable. I got the size small and it fits perfectly. You can wear it off shoulder or on. In the photos I left the tag on. It seems well made, as well made as my Leith dresses from Nordstrom, which I love. I love the wine color I ordered--it's a deep, warm, rich wine and not too pink or red. And while the fabric is not overly thick, which is good, it is also not see through fabric which is also good! I would get this in other colors. Love!

This bathing suit cover up was perfect for my beach vacation. It’s super comfy, size was just right, and the price was perfect! I would definitely buy this again.

Yes, there is gold thread that adds a subtle glimmer to the piece that you can't see very well in the product description photos. Hopefully you can see it a little better in the photos I've uploaded. The rest is cotton crochet. The item I have has no stitching or construction flaws, and is a well-made piece.COLOR ACCURACYI got the apricot color in size small. "Apricot" makes you think this is going to be a peachy color, but I'd say it's an off-white. The photo for apricot shows the item as it is - off-white. Trust the photo and not the color name for the apricot version.DESIGN DETAILSThe button closure is a round pearly button with metallic trim (see photo). It looks elegant and is a nice touch. The product description says that this piece has "Vintage Elegance with a Modern Fit," and I agree - it does feel vintage, but not necessarily with "old-lady" vibes.FIT & SIZINGAt 5'1" and 125 lbs, the fit of the small is a little snug around my upper arms, and the sleeve length extends almost to my knuckles. However, looking at the models in the product description photos, it seems the sleeves are meant to be that way. It otherwise looks nice on, and my husband actually said he likes it. He doesn't like anything.CARE INSTRUCTIONSThere are no care instructions on the label, but the product description does say to "hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry." Given the delicate crochet construction, this seems necessary to maintain the shape.VALUE ANALYSISThis seems a fairly price to me at $80. I think it worth of what you're getting. Yes, the construction is nice and the details are elegant, but it's still a cotton machine-crocheted cardigan.STYLINGThe description suggests layering it "over a silk dress for evening parties" or "over a blouse for a professional office look." It does seem like it will work well as a layering piece for dressier occasions, but I plan on pairing it with jeans and wearing a camisole underneath for more casual occasions.FINAL VERDICTThis is a beautiful crochet cardigan with nice construction and elegant details. The gold thread adds a subtle glimmer, the button is a lovely touch, and the vintage pattern looks sophisticated. The fit is good (though snug in the upper arms for me). If you love the style and don't hesitate, it's a pretty piece that will dress up your wardrobe.

This absolutely gorgeous beach coverup is fantastic. The pattern is beautiful aztec crochet. It looks exactly like the advertisement photo. It came in a protective pouch. The material is so soft. The colors are vivid and beautiful. I wish I'd had this on vacation this year. Its absolutely perfect. It looks like a mini dress. The ties are very generously sized. The price is expensive but it's a quality made item. I have a Momma body no judgment please.

Gorgeous and high quality. Fits true to size. I have a fuller hip/butt area and the small was not too tight. I’m 5’4” and 127lb for reference. The packaging was so luxurious and it felt like an experience just opening it up. Can’t wait to wear this on the beach!

I ordered this in my normal size (medium), and it fits really well. The material feels like a thin, stretchy t-shirt/tank top fabric soft, ribbed, lightweight, and comfortable. It’s not thick or heavy, but that actually makes it great for fall weather when you want long sleeves without overheating.The ruching is very flattering, especially through the midsection. I’ll admit I’ve been indulging in too much Halloween candy lately, and this dress does a good job of hiding that! It has a nice shape without feeling tight or restrictive.The sleeves could be a little longer, but I am tall (5'10"), so that’s pretty common for me. I will say, standing next to the window, you can see through it a little when the light hits just right, especially near the bottom, so that’s something to keep in mind. It does seem more of an evening style dress, so that may not be an issue...just something to be aware of.Overall, it’s a comfortable, easy piece to throw on that looks put-together without feeling overly dressed up. I’d definitely wear it again for a casual dinner or date night.
