Where can I find care instructions for my product?
Each product has specific care instructions on its product page and on the physical tag attached to the garment. For general tips, visit our Care Guide.
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located above the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
You can contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we can accommodate the request and refund the full amount.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?

How do I track my order?
When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you and let you know your tracking number. You can log in to our website:https://www.fairyseason.com/pages/track-your-orderand enter your tracking number to view any updates on the status of your order.
How can I modify the order information after I place the order?
If you wish to change your order, please contact us before your order is shipped. Hours: 8AM-4PM (PDT). Open: Monday to Friday. Email: service@fairyseason.com
What should I do if I have not received my order?
Please visit our website Track Your Order page and enter your Tracking number. You will be able to check the latest status of your order.
If you have waited longer than you should and you have not received a response from the courier, please contact us.
Can I add items to my order after I've placed it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify orders once they have been submitted for processing. To ensure the security and efficiency of your order, our system begins processing immediately and cannot add items or change payment. If you'd like an additional item, please place a new order.

What are your shipping locations?
We currently ship within the United States. We're excited to share that we are working on expanding to the EU and other countries soon!
Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse located in the United States.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders of $99 or more. For orders below that, there's a flat rate fee of $9.99
When will my order arrive?
You can typically expect your order to arrive in 2-5 business days.
What happens if the shipping carrier loses my package?

Are there any additional fees like sales tax?
For all orders shipped within the United States, the price you see at checkout is the final price. There are no hidden additional fees or sales tax.
Return & Refund
How can I return my order?
Starting your return at Fairyseason is easy! Simply contact our support team at service@fairyseason.com to initiate the process. If your return is approved, we'll promptly email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Note that we are unable to accept packages that are sent to us without a prior return authorization.
Return Shipping
For hassle-free returns of items in good condition, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item), we will gladly provide a prepaid return label and cover the full cost.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact our support team at service@fairyseason.com and provide the following information:

• Your Contact Information
• Photos/Videos of the product and its packaging
Our dedicated team will promptly review your case and present the best solution, which may include a refund or a replacement.
When will I get my refund?
We initiate refunds promptly once your return is received at our warehouse. After processing, it typically takes3-5 business daysto appear in your account. The exact timing may vary based on your financial institution.
Can you refund to a different credit/debit card?
For security reasons, refunds must be issued to the original payment method. If the refund fails, we will contact you directly to obtain alternative card details at that time.

Why was my payment declined?

Can I use more than one promo code?

How do I apply a discount code?
