At Fairy Season, we always prioritize customer satisfaction. We guarantee the quality of our products.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if it has already been shipped.
General Return:
You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your product if you're not satisfied, but you'll need to cover the return shipping costs if the return is not due to quality issues. For a general return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in brand-new and unworn condition.

The item must be unused and unwashed.

All original tags must be attached.

The item must be in its original packaging.
Please note that the 30-day return policy is based on the delivery date as shown on the carrier's website. Returns will not be accepted if the item(s) are marked as delivered more than 30 days ago when you initiate the return.
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Clearance or final sale items

Customized or personalized items

Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Worn, washed, or damaged items

Items without original tags or packaging

Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
Please note that any items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
What to Consider Before Initiating a Return:

Do not remove the original tags or discard the packaging.

Provide a picture of the item for assessment if requested.

You'll need to cover the return shipping cost if the return is for non-quality-related reasons.

Prepaid return labels may be provided in certain regions, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If a prepaid return label isn't provided, you'll need to arrange the return yourself.
Defective or Incorrect Products:
Please inspect your purchase upon receipt. Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Please provide pictures or a video clearly showing the issue.
How to Process Returns:
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@fairyseason.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Fairy Season is not responsible for the shipping cost of packages returned by customers without authorization.

You will receive a notification email after we receive and inspect your returned item, confirming the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Notes

Custom-order or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.

If the return is due to consumer preference (e.g., size, color), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, wrong item), you are not required to bear the return shipping fee.

No restocking fee will be charged for returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
We will process your refund within 2-3 business days after receipt of the returned goods.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after it was approved, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@fairyseason.com.
