At Fairy Season, we always prioritize customer satisfaction and guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our flexible and hassle-free return process.
Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has already been shipped.
General Returns (Within 30 Days)
You can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date (as shown on the carrier's website). Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Must be in brand-new, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition.

All original tags must be attached.

Must be returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:

Clearance or final sale items.

Customized or personalized items.
-
Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

Worn, washed, or damaged items (not due to our error).

Items without original tags or packaging.
-
Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).

Any items returned without prior authorization.
Return Options & Shipping Fees
For non-quality-related returns, customers can choose between two convenient return methods. No restocking fee will be charged for any returns.

Note: If the return is due to our reason (damaged, defective, or incorrect items received), Fairy Season will bear all shipping costs, and you will not be charged any fees.
How to Process Your Return

Initiate the Request: Contact us at service@fairyseason.com before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Review Your Options: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the available return options tailored to your location. You can then choose your preferred method:

Pre-paid Drop-off Options: Depending on your address, our team can provide you with hassle-free drop-off options at major retailers (such as Whole Foods Market, Kohl's, Staples, or UPS Stores). Many of these options feature "No box or label needed"—simply show the QR code provided by our team on your phone at the location. Please note that available drop-off locations are dynamically determined based on your real-time location and carrier availability.

Self-Shipping (RMA-only): If you prefer to arrange shipment yourself or if drop-off points are limited in your area, you can choose to mail the package back via any trackable carrier of your choice.

Obtain the Return Shipping Address:

Important Notice: Please do not ship items back to the origin address on your package or try to find a warehouse address yourself. The official US warehouse return address and your personalized Return Authorization will be provided to you by our customer service team once your request is approved.

Packages returned without prior approval and a valid trackable return label/RMA number from our team cannot be successfully processed or processed for a refund in our warehouse.

Defective or Incorrect Products:
Please inspect your purchase upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery with pictures or a video clearly showing the issue.
Refunds & Arrival Time
Once your return package is received at our warehouse, our team will conduct a quality inspection. You will receive a notification email confirming the status of your refund.

Processing Time: Our team will complete the inspection and process your refund within 2-3 business days of receiving the package.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Arrival Time: After we issue the refund, the funds will appear in your account within 3-7 business days (the specific arrival time is subject to the processing rules and efficiency of your card-issuing bank or payment platform).
