Fairy Season currently ships throughout the United States (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska).
2. Shipping Cost & Delivery Time
We offer standard shipping to all destinations:

3. Order Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Order Cancellation
(1) You may request to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed for shipping.
(2) Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
(3) If you refuse delivery of a shipped package, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's delivery status.
6. How to Track Your Order
If you have created an account on fairseason.com, you can track your order in your account dashboard. Alternatively, you can track your order using your order number on our website. For any shipping-related questions, email us at service@fairyseason.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
7. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location. Please use the provided tracking number to get the most accurate delivery estimate from the carrier.
