This dress is incredible in quality. Not at all cheaply made and it looks exactly like the photo.
This is not made for tall/long bodies hence my 4-star rating. If you‘re 5’‘10+ or 5’‘8 with a long torso this could have such an awkward fit. You’ll need to pull it down just to have the breast seashell area fit where it should over your breasts.Being that the dress is so durable and strong, when you pull it down it sort of finds its way back up almost as if it can tell it shouldn‘t be sitting that way.
If you have a thicker lower half this won‘t even stay down if you take a step let alone bend over. It’s not as loose as a coverup should be it seems more like a fashion statement than anything.
I would still recommend it for those who like it based on the product image but not necessarily as a vacation ’‘coverup’‘ and more as a cute dress to wear on vacation.
I cannot explain how soft, detailed, and well made this cover-up is!!! It is pure luxury from the care taken in packaging it to the quality and craftsmanship. It is absolutely stunning! The stitching of the pearls is perfection, the crochet is top notch, I seriously cannot wait to wear it at the beach! I am 5�� and 120lbs, measurements are 34-27-35 and the small fits perfectly. It is form fitting so it doesn��t hide anything but it��s soft and my swimsuit has some tummy control for my problem areas. The swimsuit you wear under it matters though cause it will show every bump. I do really love this cover up though. My daughter wanted me to be a mermaid so this was our compromise, cause I��m not wearing a tail. This would make an amazing gift and I truly cannot wait to order more from this company.
I absolutely love this dress. Its so cute and trendy. Its perfect for vacation and i can't wait to wear it on an upcoming cruise. Its so flattering and made very well. The pearl accents are obviously plastic but they a sewn into the garment and feel secure. The crochet portions of the dress are made well. Although there are areas of the dress that are a bit shear, I think you could get away with wear some shorts under and nipple covers if you arent wearing a bathing suit under. Overall, its the cutest thing and I highly recommend.
My favorite part of this beach dress is the seashell form on the chest and the pearls on it. The craftsmanship is truly much better than I expected. The open-work crochet detail at the waist shows off the body beautifully, and the ruffles at the hem add a very sweet vibe. The fabric is soft and stretchy, so it fits perfectly without being too tight. The champagne/ecru color looks amazing on tanned skin. It can be easily used not only at the beach but also at poolside parties or for seaside walks.
I absolutely love this cover-up dress. I ordered a size medium, and it fits well, though it is somewhat form fitting. If you prefer a slightly looser fit, or a bit conscious of that, you might consider sizing up.
The quality really impressed me. The dress arrived, packaged in a velvet bag with a satin bow, which was a nice touch and made it feel more like a premium item. The crochet fabric is well made, and the pearl shell appliqué details are beautifully done and securely attached.

This is such an adorable Coverup Dress, it really shows that it has vintage vibes going for it. The trim is just amazing and very elegantly presented !! I can't wait for summer to come so I can really get some mileage out of this beautiful dress. It has a very slim fit so it can show off all of your curves. I'm familiar with Fairy Season as I have a few other of their brilliant designs and love every single one of them. All of the pieces come in a very protective faux suede bag with a satin ribbon closure, and this dress was no exception. It was a little confusing as first trying to figure out what size to order. Make sure you read the full descriptions to find the size chart at the bottom. The blue "size chart" pop-up is really off, so please don't use it, make sure you go to the bottom of the Amazon descriptor to use the official size chart. I read the chart and decided to order an L ... I have size 38 bust. I looked at the "Body Measurement" side to see where I fit, and I put my 38 chest right in the middle of the Large. There is a lot of stretch in this dress so don't be shy about ordering via the chart even if you are a smaller size. It is very accurate.
The fabric has tons of stretch built into it so it hugs all the right places. The fabric is a very interesting blend of 50% Polyester, 27% Nylon, 18% Acrylic, and surprisingly, 5% Wool...!!! Wool is about the last thing I think of when I think swimsuit coverup !! But hey, it really works in this case, and it gives the knit a very soft hand. There are a lot of textures going on in this coverup, the top is a ribbed knit, the middle portion is very airy with its holed knit for ventilation on a hot day. This dress needs to be hand washed in cold water, they laid flat to dry. I don't feel you would need an iron with this, just a stretch should get any wrinkles out. The faux pearl adornments on the bust are not sewn on, they are attached with metal fasteners for strength. The ruffle on the bottom adds a little eye appeal after all the torso lengthening of the black color.
All of the other Fairy Season pieces I have are all show stoppers, and of course this coverup dress is no exception. I would never have thought out some of the design elements in this dress, especially the pearls in the shell pattern, so brilliant !! You could theoretically wear this as a sun dress as well. The only skin you really see if around the middle so it's socially acceptable !! Remember it fits snug, so try your swimsuit on first at home to make sure it doesn't give you bumps in all the wrong places !! I tried it on at home, and my husband thought it was some 1920's era bathing costume !! Can you imagine ... that boy has absolutely no imagination. Just imagine yourself a mermaid and you will be in the right mindset. I know it might be a few more dollars than you were planning to spend, but if you want every eye to be on you on your tropical cruise, this coverup is for you !! This fun coverup is perfect for days by the pool or on the beach! It is a decent coverup with good beading. It fits a little snug, but not so much that it is uncomfortable. It is well made and a lot of detail to it.

Oh my gosh, I just LOVE this swimsuit cover up from Fairy Season! The color is so pretty, like a Caribbean blue, and the design with the seashells made out of pearls on the front is absolutely ADORABLE!! I really like the ruffles on the bottom, too.Because the knit on this dress is tighter than other coverups I have, you could easily wear this as a sun dress. The only area the knit design is slightly looser is in the tummy area but even so, you barely see any skin underneath. The material is stretchy enough to easily fit over a bathing suit, but if you want to wear it as a sun dress, it's form fitting and not loose. I'm 5'4", 135 lbs and I ordered the Medium and it fits perfectly.The current price of $69.99 is totally fair for this beautiful, well-made dress, given its versatility. Wear it on land or at sea or both, it's your choice!
I have gotten a few different items from this brand, and every time I am impressed by the quality and craftsmanship.This piece was no exception. The detail of the crochet work matched with the accents of the pearls and ruffles is superb. I love the way it fits me like a glove and accentuates the right places.The design is eccentric but still elegant even with pearl shell shaped boobs. HahaI love this brand, and will buy more because I can tell they put the time and effort into making quality pieces for a fair designer price.
My wife loves this precious beach cover up. The apricot color works well with all of her beach attire. It is very well-made and fits great and the shell outlines around the breast are a nice touch. Very aerialesque. We look forward to many years of beach trips with this in our luggage.
I've got this cardigan because I wanted something a little more elevated than a basic knit, and overall it does feel more "special" than the average sweater. This is another beautiful sweater from the company Fairy Season. I'm always impressed by the packaging of their products. They always go the extra mile and package their items in a soft velvety pouch type envelope with a rich brown satin ribbon to close it. It's a marvelous idea because their sweaters are dainty and could be easily snagged if you aren't paying attention. This amazing sweater is knit with a metallic-y yarn so it has instant sparkle the moment you look at it. The buttons are over the top pearl surrounded by a gold crown. They really look rich and the sweater style is just classic. The sweater has repeating rows of knitted panels, each with a different pattern. So put it all together and you have an elegant piece that will go with just about anything. The sleeves, rather than being knitted in, are just sewn in. The hem and the cuff of the sleeve are another different knitted pattern in a lengthwise design that is sewn in. I ordered my usual size and it gives me some room to spare. The size chart isn't really indicative of the realities of this sweater. If I ordered by the chart given, this sweater would have been huge. A thicker blouse or shirt underneath won't make it look too stretched.This sweater does looks exactly like the picture in the Amazon ad. It is made primarily of viscose with some nylon thrown in. It needs to be hand washed in cold water then lain flat to dry. It can be ironed with low heat if necessary. The fit of this sweater is a little boxy and it IS a little cropped. The sleeves are a little longer and it really looks nice when worn. The buttons were a little difficult to open as the buttonholes are a little on the smaller side. With use they will open up a little, so no worries there. The collar has a lot of room so it won't be choking you, and gives room for a statement necklace. One more nice thing is that an extra button is included if you happen to lose one!! I think I'll style this with jeans and slouchy boots in the same color as the sweater. It can be dressed up or down, but it will always stand out due to the sparkle of the metallic fibers in the sweater. Enjoy !!

This sweater is beautiful. The quality comes out in the feel of the materials, as well as in the precision and complexity of the weave. I particularly love how the sleeves with their vertical knit pattern end with a medium-sized horizontal band. That minor detail shows a lot of attention to the design and increases its classic look. Based on the product pictures with the model wearing the sweater buttoned up, I was worried that it wouldn't look as good unbuttoned. It actually looks very nice with the buttons undone halfway and fully. I think this sweater is worth the price.

This Victorian inspired knitted cardigan is beautiful. The details are very intricate. There are shimmery threads throughout the item giving it an extra bit of brilliance. The pearl and gold buttons are really pretty as well. I ordered the xlg for reference I'm 5'8" 175lbs with a large frame. This cardigan is very well made though it does have a few loose threads here and there. The material is uncomfortable for me, its a bit scratchy. I wore an under shirt as it is crocheted/knitted fabric and sheer throughout.

I'm 5'2 and about 118 lbs and ordered the Small. Because I'm petite with a shorter torso, this doesn't feel cropped on me at all. It hits at a really normal, flattering length and fits me well. The fabric itself is not stretchy, but the sizing worked for my frame.
The material is see through because of the open knit and holes in the design, so you do need to wear a shirt or tank underneath. The fabric is a little itchy on its own, but once I layered it, it was totally fine and comfortable to wear.

I selected this cardigan for my daughter, who is notoriously difficult to shop for. She's currently in an “emo“ phase and prefers to wear mostly black, so finding something that fits her style while still looking polished can be a challenge. When I came across this cardigan, I thought it struck a nice balance and decided to try it.
The cardigan is nicely made and feels well constructed overall. It does include metallic threading woven into the fabric, which adds a subtle sparkle and visual interest. That said, the metallic threads do make the fabric slightly itchy, especially for extended wear. Because of this, it works best layered over a long-sleeve top rather than worn directly against the skin.
